General CommisionsBy commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:Payment:
-Full payment must be made upfront or after sketch.
-Prices are for "personal use only". For commercial use, the price is ×2Process:
-I will begin your commission once payment is confirmed.
-You will receive progress updates (sketch > base color > final render).
-Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketch stage. Minor adjustments only after coloring.Turnaround Time:-Commissions are usually completed within 3–7 days.
-Delays may occur due to personal emergencies or high demand. I’ll always notify you in advance.Delivery:
-Final artwork will be sent in high-resolution PNG (with and without background if requested).
-No physical item will be shipped.Do Not:* Claim the artwork as your own.
* Remove my watermark/signature.
* Use for AI training or NFTs.I Can Draw:
-Original Characters (OCs), fanart, humans, kemonomimi, mild gore.I Won’t Draw:

Vtuber CommissionsBy commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:GENERAL TERMSI, Kuma Pan, retain the right to decline any commission I am uncomfortable with.
- Please provide clear references and descriptions. I will not accept vague or low-resolution images as reference.
- You are allowed to stream or showcase the artwork with proper credit to me: Kuma Pan / @kumapan
- Do not claim the artwork as your own.PAYMENT- Payments are 100% upfront or 50/50 via (PayPal/GCash).
- Prices are in (USD or PHP) and may vary depending on complexity.
- Commercial use fee is x2 the base price (e.g., for monetized streams, merch, branding).TURNAROUND TIME- Turnaround is usually 1 week to 1 month for CHIBI VTUBER, and 4 months to 1 year for NORMAL VTUBER, depending on the complexity and my queue.
- I will send updates such as sketch, lineart, and final preview. You’re allowed to request unlimited at each stage.DELIVERY- Final files will be sent as preserved layer with transparent background for ready for rigging
- For Vtuber models: includes separated preserved PSD files (e.g., eyes, mouth, hair, accessories) ready for rigging if specified.DO NOT:- Use the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related technologies.
- Trace, heavily edit, or resell the design without permission.
- Remove my watermark (if present) without asking.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS- No refunds once I’ve finished the art
- If I am unable to complete the artwork due to personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
- If the commissioner cancels before the lineart begins, a refund may be granted.
